Digital Era Media Inc. to Review Boat Products for Access on Boatdealers.ca

Ontario, Canada – September 15, 2009 – Digital Era Media Inc., (DEM: www.ThinkDEM.com) today announced that it will be adding product reviews to its Boatdealers.ca media channel. These reviews will include the latest boats, marine products, and accessories.

“It is important for us to offer quality information to the millions of visitors on Boatdealers.ca,” said Chris Perera, Digital Era Media’s President & CEO. “Adding product reviews allows us to share exciting new boating product to consumers. As a boat buyer there are so many choices of product available and our goal is to assist a consumer in making an informed decision before buying.”

DEM has writers on deck to review products immediately. They will be taking sea trials to properly gauge the performance of boats being reviewed. The reviews will then be available for access on Boatdealers.ca during the fourth quarter of 2009.

Digital Era Media Inc. Appoints National Sales and Marketing Manager for Boatdealers.ca

Ontario, Canada – September 1, 2009 – Digital Era Media Inc., (DEM: www.ThinkDEM.com) today announced that it has named Terry C. Smith as its National Sales and Marketing Manager for Boatdealers.ca. Terry brings over 30 years experience in the boating industry which will be a key asset as DEM looks to grow its Boatdealers.ca market share.

Terry has a wealth of global experience including sales and brokerage in the United States, Bahamas, Canada, and Europe. In addition, his experience includes; representing custom and semi-custom yacht builders, creating the London and Hamilton Boat Shows, establishing CMAC (Canadian Marine Acceptance Corporation), the first marine based software and F&I company, and teaching the Marine Technology (computerization of marine operations) program at Georgian College.

DEM has introduced a completely new look and a number of feature enhancements including a rich search engine, advanced photo gallery, and additional boat classification.

New Media Company Formed to Operate Boatdealers.ca & Other Digital Media Channels

Ontario, Canada – June 23, 2009 – Digital Era Media Inc., (DEM: www.ThinkDEM.com) today announced its formation as a media company. DEM is focused on creating digital media channels to be accessed by PC & mobile devices via internet. Each channel will be a vertical market segment supported by its advertisers in those respective industries. They will be taking over production of Boatdealers.ca which has been run privately by DEM’s President & CEO, Chris Perera.

Chris Perera founded Boatdealers.ca in 2001, which has grown to serve millions of Canadian boating consumers. He has a background in sales, marketing, and software development. DEM’s current team also consists of members focused on marketing, sales, support, and software development.

“I have enjoyed creating one of Canada’a largest boating related media’s,” said Chris Perera, Digital Era Media’s President & CEO.  “DEM is the right vehicle for Boatdealers.ca to be taken to its next level of potential.
